Still waiting for an algorithm to find your type?
Search for exactly who you want.
Type it the way you'd describe them to a friend: does yoga, loves street food, serious about work but not obsessed. Look shows you the people whose profiles fit what you wrote.
Weeks of chatting, and still no date?
Meet someone this weekend.
Every Friday at 8pm, the Weekend pool opens in your city. Everyone in it is ready for a date this weekend and has posted a plan, like coffee and a long walk on Saturday. Ask someone about their plan, or let people ask about yours. The pool closes Monday at 3am.
Why pay just to see who likes you?
See everyone who sends you a request.
Every request comes with their photo, name, age and the note they wrote. Nothing is blurred, even on the free plan.
Requests piling up from people who aren't your type?
Keep only the requests that fit.
Turn on your filters and see only the people within the age, distance and preferences you set.
Questions
What is Look?
Look is a dating app for India with no matching algorithm. It never decides who's right for you. You search for the person you have in mind, meet someone this weekend through the Weekend pool, and see everyone who sends you a request.
How is Look different from other dating apps?
Most dating apps choose who you see. On Look you describe the person you want in your own words, the way you'd describe them to a friend, and Look shows you the people whose profiles fit what you wrote. Nothing on Look rates how well two people suit each other.
Is Look free?
Look is free to join. Seeing everyone who sends you a request is free too, with their photo, name, age and note, and nothing blurred.
How does the Weekend pool work?
Every Friday at 8pm the Weekend pool opens in your city. Everyone in it is ready for a date that weekend and has posted a plan. Ask someone about their plan, or let people ask about yours. The pool closes Monday at 3am.
Are the people on Look real?
Everyone takes a selfie check before anyone can see their profile. An ID check is optional, and a profile shows when someone has done it.
When is Look coming out?
Look is coming soon to Android and iPhone, in India.
You decide who finds you, and who you find.
