Delete your Look account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by asking us here.

In the app

1. Open Look and tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap the Settings icon at the top, scroll to the end and tap Delete account.
3. Type the word the screen asks for, then tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Email us from any address with the email address or phone number your account uses. We confirm it is your account before we delete anything.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your profile, photos, Highlights, messages and matches are deleted 30 days after you ask. Until then you can sign in and keep your account. Some records are kept for a limited time where the law requires it.
